ROTARY'S FINANCIAL GIVING

Organizations to Whom the Malone Rotary Club Gives Financial Support

During the Rotary Year July 2004 to June 2005, the Malone Rotary Club gave $9,710.00 to local and International humanitarian organizations.   In addition, $2,500.00 was added to our Scholarship Endowment fund to build towards being able to give more local scholarships to graduating high school students.   AND, during this time the club is financing materials and some hired labor to build a new house for resale in 2006.   This is a joint project between B.O.C.E.S. and the Malone Rotary Club.

All money is raised through the work of local Rotarians and, especially, the participation in Rotary sponsored events by the residents of Malone and surrounding communities.

Included in the numbers above are major contributions to:

Local Scholarships - five students $4,000.00
